We love pets here at The Landing!  We want to make sure that our two and four legged residents live in a great community.  A few things to note:

• Management’s consent is REQUIRED before an animal may be brought on the property.
• We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee, as well as a monthly pet rent fee.  Please inquire with our management team for the current applicable fee schedule.
• We have a 45lb weight limit per pet. There may be exceptions to this weight limit restriction, but management’s consent is required.
• Resident Pet Owners are responsible for the clean up of their pet’s waste.  Negligence in tending to pet waste will result in the assessment of a fee.  See a member of our management team for the current applicable fee schedule.
